Many stars have partnered with the United Nations as ambassadors of the organization in various issues, and on Tuesday, it officially joined Millie Bobby brown. 14-year-old star of the TV series “Very strange things” has become the youngest goodwill Ambassador for the UN Children’s Fund for all history of existence of the organization.
The young actress shared the happy news with her followers on Instagram, admitting that she, of course, about the honorary appointment knows for a long time – but it’s early to talk about it she was not allowed.
“For me it’s a dream come true – to become a goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, says Millie. It is an incredible honor to join so impressive list of people who all these years supported by UNICEF. Look forward to the opportunity to meet with the largest possible number of children and young people the opportunity to hear their stories and speak on their behalf”.
